Website and operator identity

California Short Sale Options is the public website brand. Unless a separate DBA or legal entity is filed and approved, compliance registration should treat Jeffrey David Bord as the operator identity.

Educational portal only

The site helps homeowners organize information for a possible human review. It does not guarantee a short sale, trustee-sale postponement, lender approval, debt forgiveness, credit outcome, legal result, tax result, or real estate representation.

DRE status boundary

The footer lists the available public DRE record for Jeffrey David Bord plus the intended responsible-broker setup: Realty Rise Inc, DRE Corporation License 01957687, with designated officer Travis DeWayne Breton, DRE Broker License 01799234. As captured locally on 2026-07-01, Jeffrey David Bord's salesperson public record still showed an expired license and no current responsible broker. User responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, non-sensitive intake information and for independently verifying deadlines, notices, payoff amounts, lien status, and professional advice before acting.
