Program description

If you opt in, California Short Sale Options, operated by Jeffrey David Bord, may send non-marketing text messages about your sale-options review request, intake status, appointment reminders, document-readiness reminders, and follow-up scheduling.

Opt-in

SMS consent is collected separately from the general contact request. The SMS checkbox must not be prechecked, and SMS consent is not required to submit the readiness checker.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your request and response status. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or use the phone and email shown in the site footer. After STOP, one confirmation message may be sent, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

SMS privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
